Mapiles AI Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions,” “Terms,” or “Agreement”) governing your use of the digital platform located at https://mapiles.app (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Mapiles Realty (“the Company,” “We,” or “Us”). The Platform, together with its services, features, and materials accessible within, shall collectively be referred to as the “Services.” The Platform primarily serves as a real estate intelligence and matching system connecting sellers, developers, and service providers with interested buyers, agents, and stakeholders.

 

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you:

  • Confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Agree to be bound by these Terms of your own free will.

  • Acknowledge the legal effect and implications of these Terms.

  • Affirm that you are not using the Services under protest or reservation.

  • Declare that you have had the opportunity to seek professional or legal advice regarding these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, and any supplemental terms that may apply to specific features or services.

Definitions

  • Account – Refers to your user account on Mapiles AI.

  • Company – Refers to Mapiles Realty and its affiliates.

  • User/You – Refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

  • Services – All functions and products offered on or via the Platform.

  • Content/Materials – Includes text, code, graphics, photos, videos, audio, software, and other information made available on the Platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Spread spam, malware, or harmful code.

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

  • Facilitate illegal, fraudulent, or dangerous transactions.

  • Exploit the platform or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.

  • Interfere with other users’ access or disrupt operations.

All Platform content remains the exclusive property of Mapiles Realty or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.

Account and Registration

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of our policies.

You use the Platform at your own risk. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mapiles Realty will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any loss arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

  • Total liability exceeding the amount you paid (if any) in the 6 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mapiles Realty and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Confidentiality

Any business, technical, or personal information exchanged through the Platform is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose such information except to fulfill the purpose of the Platform or as required by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by Philippine law. Disputes shall be resolved via mediation in Makati City, or online, before resorting to litigation.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or civil unrest.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Past obligations survive termination.
